Salento Peninsula is “Enotria”, land of wine, a land where the fair weather advantages vine-growing, a red land which intensifies wine characteristics giving wonderful flavourings and intense scents.

The most vintage wines are red, deep in color, full-bodied and sometimes rather bitter. Salento Peninsula is the land of Negroamaro – a red wine grape variety – a nectar so dense to color glass with red, a wine which tells about this land with natural beauty and surprising softness.

However, it is remarkable the production of brilliant rosé wines and delicate white wines, as well as to be agreeable and velvety together with desserts.

The wine of our land excites heart and joins together people, it is joie de vivre. Take a rest and come and taste our wines … they will tell our history, the history of our people and our way of greeting.

Our proposal is a wine tasting at an elegant wine bar in the historical centre of Lecce or Otranto. Or at your stay for small groups of friends.

It is also possible to plan guided tours at famous local wine cellars with qualified staff  including tasting of our food products.
