Large and elegant apartment recently restored and obtained at the ground-floor in a XVI century nobiliary Palace in historic centre of Lecce.

Internal arrangement : Two master bedrooms with their private and exclusive access to the bathroom. The apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub. Two salons, one with a master size sofa bed, a large salon, a kitchen furnished with a dishwasher and a washing-mashing, two dining-rooms. One of the bedrooms provides a lobby where we can find a second sofa bed (single). Dressy and finish furnishing, warm, made for the major part with period furnishing. Central heating.

A big garden is outside the apartment, furnished and used exclusively by guests, where you can visit (on request) a Messapic period hypogeum from the year 200 B.C.

The house is located in a promenade. The parking is situated at about 300mt from the house, outside the promenade. You can request in some particular period of the year to park your car inside the court of the palace.
