Positioned in a palm tree and indian fig garden, “Li cuti” villa is located just outside the center of the village of Castro, along the beautiful coastal road to Otranto and has a marvelous view of the sea.

Suitable for 6 people, it consists of an entrance hall leading to a large living room with terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and storeroom. The sleeping quarters consist of three sunny master bedrooms (two of them which can be equipped with twin beds), one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with tub.

The dependance is suitable for 3 persons; it consists of a living room with sofa bed, veranda for outdoor dining, kitchenette, one master bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

The parking is available in the garden.

The Villa is along the coastal Adriatic road close to Santa Maria di Leuca, an area characterized by high cliffs with a marvelous sea view.

The Villa is made up of 2 independent buildings: the main villa where the landlord and his family live and some 18th century independent trulli (traditional stone houses). You can rent all the buildings or just one according to your needs. The whole compound can host 16 people.

Terraces and gardens surround the compounds, the area is extremely quiet and relax is guaranteed.
A beautiful swimming pool with spring water, large steps and whirlpool system is a scenic corner of the garden, surrounded by carobs and jasmines with a wonderful sea view.

The main villa is furnished with antique furniture, modern and comfortable sofas and armchairs. It composed by 4 double bedrooms: 3 of them have marvelous bathrooms (1 bathroom with tub, 2 bathrooms with shower), a kitchen and a wide dining room and a living room with sea view. The inner area and the outer one are separated by the large windowed doors.

The trulli are marvelous. They are made up of 2 compounds hosting 8 people, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and another double bedroom with 2 twin beds. The other bedrooms have another bathroom at disposal.
In the second compound of trulli there is a kitchen, a small bathroom and a small living room. The trulli have also an external independent wide shady area equipped with tables and chairs.

The villa is positioned in the higher part of Castro village, dominating the beautiful bay.  The main characteristic of the building is the open-space,  the spacious terrace with wide windows looking onto the terrace with pergola with a panoramic view of the sea.

The living room is divided into different zones:  kitchen/dining room area, lounge area with a beautiful brick sofa with cushions, a double sofa-bed, a small but lovely master bedroom with a French bed (1.40 x 1.90m). The kitchen is equipped with an oven (but no dishwasher).

There is a laundry room outside shared with two other apartments in the same building that characterizes the villa.

Both the terrace with pergola and the large, shady garden are equipped with garden furniture, where you can dine in the open air.  The sea is 5 minutes walking.

The House of Tobacco, is a building dated back to the early twentieth-century where tobacco, once considered a real richness in Salento, used to be manufactured. All made of stone with a garden in the front, it is a big house located along the main Vitigliano’s road, a small town parts of the thermal bath of Santa Cesarea, in the province of Lecce. We are located in the southern part of the “Italian heel”, along the Adriatic coast, about 4 kilometres from the sea, and more northward to Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca, the southern tip of Puglia.

Paved with typical stone of Lecce, all made of stone, the house was rebuilt without any conspicuous changes on spring 2006. Three wide master bedrooms (one with an alcove with two additional beds) are on the first floor, each one with private bathroom. A flat with two communicating rooms, bathroom and kitchen is in the mid-span floor. A bedroom with bathroom and kitchen, equipped for handicapped is in the low ground.
A peculiarity of the House of Tobacco consists on the huge social space at clients’ disposal, a large hall of about 200 square meters and two other of narrowed size, a big dinning hall and a big kitchen.

Both bathrooms and kitchen are new and a system of solar panels for the hot water is installed on the roof. The receptive offer is inspired by the value of authenticity, both in the makeover of the house (all the furniture are typical of the Salento and are dated back to the beginning of the twentieth century) and in the will to make visitors know about the local traditions with a special care for the gastronomy. Breakfast will include Salentine food specialities, both sweet and salty. Driving for 4 kilometres it will be possible to reach one of the most clean and beautiful Italian shores, with cliffs that overlook the sea, astonish grottos, little Mediterranean fiords (Porto Badisco, Acquaviva), small ports handheld excavated during the nineteen-century that seem like real natural pools. Both Santa Cesarea Terme and Castro Marina provide different kind of facilities: boats rent, cruises, scuba diving, fishing. Santa Cesarea Terme is a renowned thermal center, open the all year, with the exception of February, March and April. The villa is located in Santa Cesarea Terme, near the sea and Porto Miggiano Bay, at south of Otranto, on the eastern coast of Salento.
It is an area of a modern property compound called “Torre del Mito” (Myth Tower).

The first thing surprising guests is the rich greenery: both of the compound and the villa are surrounded by a large garden with lawn and olive grove, besides a little kitchen garden. So the garden is really enjoyable for guests during summer, children as well: a sort of open-air living-room equipped with sofas, sunshade parasol, a big table to have dinner and a barbecue.

La villa si trova vicino Gallipoli in contrada ”Chiesanuova”, in una tenuta di 3 ettari di terreno, immersa tra ulivi secolari, fichi d’india e muretti a secco, circondata da giardini sovrastati da altissimi pini .

Composizione interna: al piano superiore si trovano quattro camere da letto,di cui due matrimoniali , una doppia ed una singola; il soggiorno, due servizi, tre terrazze, e la lavanderia con lavatrice.

Gli ambienti sono caratterizzati da volte a stella basse e alte, che costituivano l’antico soffitto del ‘700. Le scale in marmo portano al piano superiore.
