In the Heart of Salento “I Mignani” is a private residence dating back to the second half of the XVI century situated in the historical centre of Lecce. It was created by combining into a single property three separated houses with courtyard located between via Vittorio de Prioli and Schipione da Summa.

A “mignano”  is a typical Salentine house  with a courtyard; it is characterized by balconies, often richly decorated, which overlook the street and from which in the past women could enjoy local events and festivities.

The complex “I Mignani” which has a conservation order by the local Superintendence of Artistic and Architectural Heritage, has three storeys ( cellar, ground floor and first floor) and is currently under careful and expert  restoration; so there are six autonomous apartments of various sizes with a common sun-terrace  and garage.

Ideal for tourists or visitors, it can accommodate up tp 18-20 guests, who can book either the whole structure or any of the individual apartments.

Villa Raffaella is a luxury residence located in an historical building of Santa Cesarea Terme, a town between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca. The residence has both holiday apartments and rooms.

This front-sea villa dates back to the end of the XIX century and its terraces offer a wonderful view. It is on two levels with a garden. The pieces of furniture and decorations remind us of the beginning of the XIX century. On the first floor there are the rooms of the residence while the others are on the ground floor and view the garden.

Two meeting rooms for approximately 80 people (equipped for catering) are the extra service of Villa Raffaella.

The Villa is along the coastal Adriatic road close to Santa Maria di Leuca, an area characterized by high cliffs with a marvelous sea view.

The Villa is made up of 2 independent buildings: the main villa where the landlord and his family live and some 18th century independent trulli (traditional stone houses). You can rent all the buildings or just one according to your needs. The whole compound can host 16 people.

Terraces and gardens surround the compounds, the area is extremely quiet and relax is guaranteed.
A beautiful swimming pool with spring water, large steps and whirlpool system is a scenic corner of the garden, surrounded by carobs and jasmines with a wonderful sea view.

The main villa is furnished with antique furniture, modern and comfortable sofas and armchairs. It composed by 4 double bedrooms: 3 of them have marvelous bathrooms (1 bathroom with tub, 2 bathrooms with shower), a kitchen and a wide dining room and a living room with sea view. The inner area and the outer one are separated by the large windowed doors.

The trulli are marvelous. They are made up of 2 compounds hosting 8 people, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and another double bedroom with 2 twin beds. The other bedrooms have another bathroom at disposal.
In the second compound of trulli there is a kitchen, a small bathroom and a small living room. The trulli have also an external independent wide shady area equipped with tables and chairs.

The B&b is in the historical centre of Gallipoli, inside the historical Palazzo Senape de Pace.

On the second floor of the Palace, there are 5 rooms in B&B, easily getting by the lift, fully furnished, with air-conditioning, private bathroom, TV, fridge. The rooms overlook the typical narrow streets of the historical centre or wide and comfortable roof terraces.

The view over the gulf of Gallipoli is very striking as its historical centre full of churches and bell towers viewing from the highest terrace, where guest can have breakfast.
