Casino Pisanelli is a beautifully preserved centuries old hunting cottage. The owners immediately fell in love with this charming place, so they personally followed the renovation works in the effort of preserving its original charm. They also added their personal glamorous style, which creates a unique and emotional atmosphere.

The house is at about 3 km away from the lively towns of Ruffano and Specchia, it’s surrounded by olive trees, in a particularly quiet and noiseless area. It’s the ideal place for those who seek privacy for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by greenery. The sea is about 15 Km away.

The typical Italian garden has a very geometric shape and it’s rich in Mediterranean vegetation, citrus trees and shaded alleys. The long shaped pool (4m x 23 m) is in perfect harmony with the garden and it consists of two pools connected by an underwater passage.
The house can be divided into two sections:

- The central core of the house
It’s the most elegant part. It consists of 2 large double manor bedrooms, each having a private bathroom with direct access to two internal courtyards, the kitchen, the living room with a fireplace and a loft, where you can relax watching TV. The furniture harmonizes perfectly combining traditional Salentine pieces and ethnic elements.

- The dependence
It has an independent entrance and it consists of a large independent kitchen with a fireplace (dishwasher, oven, stove) and 5 bedrooms (two with twin beds and 3 with double beds) each having a private bathroom and a private terrace.
Each bedroom has its private access to the garden.

Your reservation will be sent directly to the owner of the property and not to agencies or brokers.

The price is the lowest among those that you will find on the market being without any broker’s fee.

In the Heart of Salento “I Mignani” is a private residence dating back to the second half of the XVI century situated in the historical centre of Lecce. It was created by combining into a single property three separated houses with courtyard located between via Vittorio de Prioli and Schipione da Summa.

A “mignano”  is a typical Salentine house  with a courtyard; it is characterized by balconies, often richly decorated, which overlook the street and from which in the past women could enjoy local events and festivities.

The complex “I Mignani” which has a conservation order by the local Superintendence of Artistic and Architectural Heritage, has three storeys ( cellar, ground floor and first floor) and is currently under careful and expert  restoration; so there are six autonomous apartments of various sizes with a common sun-terrace  and garage.

Ideal for tourists or visitors, it can accommodate up tp 18-20 guests, who can book either the whole structure or any of the individual apartments.
