A detached-house located in the area Lido Pizzo, at the edges of the park Sant’Andrea’s Island, just 1000 m from Mancaversa’s coasts (Marina di Mancaversa) and just 5 minutes from the centre of Gallipoli by car.

It’s 500 m from the sea as the crow flies and just 900 m by car.

It’s elegantly furnished and it consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with hydromassage shower.

All the furniture is new: two very comfortable double sofa beds, 2 bunk beds (4 places), a double bed, 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, an oven and a large refrigerator, a washing machine, 2 wardrobes, 3 wrought iron screens and étagères.

There are also wrought iron beds, orthopedic mattresses and elegant bedside tables in burr. Chairs in the living room are wooden with banana leaf finish, the table for 12 people is in “masso-wood”, as well as the furniture in the kitchen.

The garden, about 600 mq. large, is equipped with chairs, deckchairs, gazebo, tables and barbecue.

The pool, with bar area, is about 7,5 x 3,5.

Weekly prices starting from € 550,00 (from 04/09 to 28/05) to € 2.700,00 (the week of 15 august)

Extras to be paid on arrival:
- € 90,00 for key delivery and final cleaning
- € 70,00 for water, gas and sewer service per week.
- € 0,20/Kw (and a deposit of € 50,00 per week) with meter reading
- € 150,00 of deposit refundable on departure

Optional:
Emptying and refilling the pool for a new cleaning
- € 10,00 linen/week per person (optional, at least for 8 people to book in advance)
- € 5,00 towels/week per person (together with the linen)
- € 40,00 to be charged to pet owners to pay for the extra cleaning
