Masseria Corda di Lana is a brand new Hotel&Resort located in an ancient Salento farmhouse dating back to the XVII century, a few kms away from the sea of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo.

Masseria Mosca was originally an oil mill in the eighteenth century, and olive oil was produced inside its thick walls of Leccese stone. Today, its millstones have been replaced by comfortable apartments surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a swimming pool, set amidst age-old olive trees, where guests can laze in the sun.
The apartments, which have separate entrances, have been renovated to respect the original structure, striving for harmonious forms and charming, comfortable spaces. Each of the apartments leads directly to the garden, so you can move about in the common areas at Masseria Mosca, dine in the shade of the bougainvillea-covered pergola, and feel perfectly at home, enjoying a peaceful stay in a natural setting.

Situated less than a 1km from the sea, Farmhouse “Masseria Li Foggi” is on the edge of the natural park “Punto Pizzo – Sant’Andrea, an oasis where can find a place where peace and quiet reigns.

With its colours, sounds and the air which is lightly perfumed by a salty smell, rosemary and olives, its guests are guided towards a profound bond with nature and its slow rhythms.

The apartments are of various sizes and dimensions, and are made up of 1 or 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchen facilities (equipped with a dish washer), 1 or 2 bathrooms and a private terrace which faces on to the Masseria’s lush garden.

Torre Sant’Emiliano is an old farmhouse, made up of four suites and very close to Otranto.
The open-air spaces are very wide and refined. It is the best place for your relax inside a 60 hectare garden enjoying the breathtaking view over one of the most striking area of Salento coast .

Restored in nineties, the present owners have reinstated to its original, authentic state with important details as several period furniture.

The oldest area of the farmhouse dates back the 18th century and it is the most important part enclosing the various blocks of the whole building.

Internal arrangement: the rooms are very comfortable equipped with private bathroom: some rooms are located inside the old sighting tower; others are in the court and others around the two existing gardens.

All around the gardens, there are an olive tree groves, an orchard and wild countryside, and again a wood, other olive tree groves and silence.

Torre dell’Orso beach is at 3 km and the most interesting resorts are easily reachable, as archaeological areas, natural oasis, the Acaya Golf Club (6 km).

Lecce and Otranto are easily to reach as well, as the small villages in the outback.
