• Where can I find information about my holiday reservation?
We offer you a wide range of useful information in the confirmation email we send you, among which contains:
• The exact address and location of the residence in which you will be staying;
• The name and telephone number of your representative here at Salentotime who will be there to welcome you on your arrival, and to whom you may contact for any other information, requests or to provide information on your arrival time.

• Will someone be there to meet me on my arrival?
Upon arrival you will meet your representative from Salentotime who will inform you of any useful information about your stay and about the services you have requested.

• Who will give me the keys to my apartment?
Your collaborator from Salentotime will be pleased to be able to hand you over the keys of your residence, to explain about the household appliances, the heating system, and other facilities available in the residence. We will also give you information about the nearby shops and where you may dispose of waste.

• To whom must I pay my bill?
If you have booked a holiday, your collaborator from Salentotime will exclusively take care of your outstanding bill with you in person, and your security deposit for eventual damage(if applicable).

• Who should I inform in the case of breakage or malfunctioning of utilities during my stay?
You may contact us at any moment during your stay.

• Who can I contact for information about different places to visit during my stay?
Our operators will be available to offer you any information about restaurants, beaches, museums or even if you simply can’t find your way.

• At what time must I leave the residence on the day of departure?
On the day of your departure you must leave the residence according to the guidelines with the information form held by the residence, if a time is not given, it is presumed at no later than 11.00.

• Is it possible to leave the residence at a different time than that indicated in the guidelines?
In the case that you need to leave the residence at a later time than that stated in the information form, you must contact us and we will try and facilitate you. Your representative will collect the keys from you and refund you the security deposit you have payed according to the conditions in which you have left the residence.
