Masseria dei 12 Granai, Minervino – Otranto Area

 This fortified farmhouse is located at 5 minutes walking distance in the countryside of a typical, small town: Minervino di Lecce. The farmhouse covers a surface of 1000 sqmts and it’s surrounded by walls with a large inner courtyard.

This farmhouse was once known as the “St. Peter’s” or the “Two Masters” farmhouse. The present name is due to the 12 underground granaries, hollowed in the stone

The farmhouse “12 granai” was restored in 2008. It is composed of 5 bedrooms, a dining room for 14 people, an inner common area with a large garden where it’s possible to rest or play and a terrace  with a beautiful view on the Salento country.

All the ensuite rooms have air conditioning and a private dehors. Rooms are no-smoking and have Wi-Fi connection.

A buffet breakfast is served inside the large dining room. Guests can find: coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam, eggs, olives, juices, fresh fruit and cookies.

The farmhouses can also be exclusively rent by groups with a minimum stay of two weeks.

Prices: starting from € 35,00/day per double room + € 20,00/day for extra person.
