At just 350 m from the sea and the wonderful Torre dell’Orso beach, Villa Mediterranea is the ideal solution for couples or singles who would like to enjoy their holiday in Salento Peninsula.
The villa has been recently restored providing comfortable studio apartments with private bathrooms, a small cooking corner, minibar, TV and independent air-conditioning system.
All the studio apartments have wooden armchair, chest of drawers and night tables from Salento hand-crafted production.
Villa Mediterranea has also two single bedrooms and a two-room apartment with two master beds hosting 4 people.
Every apartment has at guests’ disposal an outside space equipped with table, chairs, beach umbrella and one deckchair.
In one side of the Villa, guests have at their disposal a barbecue with table and benches under a gazebo.
The city centre is at about 300 m walking.
Price: from € 200,00 to € 630,00 per week per studio apartment for 2 people; max € 890,00 per week, 4 people in double room
Deposit Euro 100,00 (it will be given back at the end of the stay)
Compulsory extra pay (to be due to the arrival)
1 person Euro 50,00 for one week
2 people Euro 70,00 for one week
3 people Euro 90,00 for one week
4 people Euro 100,00 for one week
Price includes:
-utilities
- air conditioning
- final cleaning
- weekly change bed and bath linen
- free bikes (except in August; additional deposit Euro 100,00 per bike)
