Villa Le Palme is a beautiful XIX century villa located in the striking South area of Salento Peninsula, in the heart of Tricase Porto.

The house is surrounded by a garden overlooking the small harbour of the village. From the garden a double flight of steps connects to the arcade where guests can enjoy a beautiful view over the village and the sea.

The whole residence is very big: its surface is about 600 mq and it can host about 15 people.

On the mezzanine there are 2 salons, a dining room, a study room, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, the kitchen and the laundry.

Steps leads to an area of the first floor  where there are 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and changing room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 room with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with tub.

Other steps leads to a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and changing room.

On the ground floor there are 2 outbuildings: one with a double bedroom, 1 room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower; the other one has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Outside there is the garden completely equipped, such as the arcade, the terrace and a little pool; the parking area is inside the property.

EQUIPMENT: satellite TV, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, laundry with washing machine.
